But by the grace of God I am what I am, and his grace to me was not without effect. No, I worked harder than all of them—yet not I, but the grace of God that was with me. – 1 Corinthians 15:10

This verse is grace displayed for the past present and future.

1.       Past – God’s grace covered the wrong that you have done in the past.

2.       Present – It’s only by Gods that you are where you are now.

3.       Future – You work and serve God because you are grateful for the grace that he has shown you but then God will allow His grace to multiply your efforts in order to give you supernatural results.

Three times I pleaded with the Lord to take it away from me. But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. – 2 Corinthians 12:8-9

Gods grace that he gives us will allow us to endure through circumstances that others may seem unbearable.  At times we may also think it is unbearable but that is when God pours his grace on us that will help us through the situation.

For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— 9 not by works, so that no one can boast. – Ephesians 2:8-9

It’s because of the awesome love of God that He has decided to show us so much grace and save us and give us eternal life once we believe in Jesus.  This is Gods Richest At Christ’s Expense.  We couldn’t do anything to save ourselves.

for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and all are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus. – Romans 3:23-24

God has chosen to be so kind to us (This is his Grace) and freely has justified us (found us innocent) through the saving blood of Jesus.

Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need. – Hebrews 4:16

Because of the Grace that God shows us, we can boldly come to God’s throne of Grace when we need to be empowered through Gods strengthening grace.

And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work. – 2 Corinthians 9:8

This is a manifestation of Gods grace in your life.  Gods grace is able to equip you to do things that would not be able to do on your own.

Now this is our boast: Our conscience testifies that we have conducted ourselves in the world, and especially in our relations with you, with integrity[a] and godly sincerity. We have done so, relying not on worldly wisdom but on God’s grace. – 2 Corinthians 1:12

Paul knew the importance of holiness and sincerity in word and action so Paul did not come with impressive human knowledge to Corinth.  Instead he relied on God’s wisdom that was imparted onto him by God’s Grace.

At one time we too were foolish, disobedient, deceived and enslaved by all kinds of passions and pleasures. We lived in malice and envy, being hated and hating one another.  But when the kindness and love of God our Savior appeared, he saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit, whom he poured out on us generously through Jesus Christ our Savior, so that, having been justified by his grace, we might become heirs having the hope of eternal life.  This is a trustworthy saying. And I want you to stress these things, so that those who have trusted in God may be careful to devote themselves to doing what is good. These things are excellent and profitable for everyone. – Titus 3:3-8 NIV

Paul summarized what Christ does for us when He saves us.  We move from a life of full sin to one where we are led by God’s Holy Spirit.  All our sins are washed away.  In becoming a Christian we acknowledge that Christ is Lord and recognizes Christ Saving work in our lives and the Holy Spirit continually renewing our hearts.  None of this is because we deserved it, but it is by Gods Grace.
