Boldness - Daily Devotional
We are in very difficult time that calls for us to be bold and stand for Christ. Everyone else if being bold and standing for what they believe it and whatever nonsense they want to push across the world and people are just shying back and allowing it to progress. Christianity need to progress as well. The Bible says that the kingdom of God suffers violence and the violent take by force. Today I hope to encourage you to stand up for Christ. He’s waiting or you.

The Lord is my light and my salvation— whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life— of whom shall I be afraid? When the wicked advance against me to devour me, it is my enemies and my foes who will stumble and fall. Though an army besiege me, my heart will not fear; though war break out against me, even then I will be confident. – Psalms 27:1-3
If you need help being bold, remember this psalms. It’s God who is your light and salvation. He will help you and save you out of that situation and you can trust him to back you up when you take a bold step for him.
What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? – Romans 8:31
When we are connected to God through Jesus and walk in the power of the Holy Spirit, we know that God will be for us as we do his will. And there is nothing in this world that is more powerful than God. This is the confidence that we have in Him so we can be bold.
The wicked flee when no one pursues, but the righteous are like a lion. – Proverbs 28:1
The lion is known as the king of the jungle. When it sees it’s prey it calculates and goes after it boldly. The same way we are to be bold when we take a stand for Gods kingdom. The lion roars and the other animals run! We also need to boldly declare Gods word and the enemy will flee.
But if serving the Lord seems undesirable to you, then choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your ancestors served beyond the Euphrates, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you are living. But as for me and my household, we will serve the Lord. – Joshua 24:15
We need to be bold in our own homes first. We need to set the tone and the example for the rest of our family to follow. We are to take a stand for Christ in our homes first and be intentional in how we teach our children the things of God. Because if we are passive about it, we see the world is intentional about their demonic agenda.
When they saw the courage of Peter and John and realized that they were unschooled, ordinary men, they were astonished and they took note that these men had been with Jesus. – Acts 4:13
The more that we read the word and fellowship with God the more bold we will be for his causes. Here the people saw the courage of Peter and John and they knew that they could only be that bold because of spending time with Jesus. Let boldness and courage come onto you as you spend time with God.
You know, brothers and sisters, that our visit to you was not without results. We had previously suffered and been treated outrageously in Philippi, as you know, but with the help of our God we dared to tell you his gospel in the face of strong opposition. – 1 Thessalonians 2:1-2
The Spirit of God emboldens us to proclaim the gospel without fear. Even though there may be opposition to it, God will equip us and prepare us to share the gospel to others.
For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline. – 2 Timothy 1:7
Gods Holy Spirit makes us bold. He gives us power to pray against anything spiritual. He teaches us how to love people when we have to deal with people. And a sound mind that is able to reason and apply wisdom to overcome problems. God has equipped us with his spirit and we can be bold and stand up for His Kingdom.
